Roleplay Training keeps a full history of every scored practice call. Reps track their own improvement over time, and admins and team managers compare performance across the team from a ranked leaderboard.
On the Sales EngagementTraining page, every user has a My progress tab. Admins and team managers additionally see the Team Analytics tab with the leaderboard.

My progress

The My progress tab summarizes your own practice history:
  • Metric boxesCompleted (sessions finished), Average score, Best score, and Latest (when you last completed a call).
  • Score trend — a chart of your overall scores (0–100) over time. If you haven’t completed a scored call yet, a Start Practice button gets you going.
  • Session history — a table of your calls with Completed date, Persona, Product, Score, and the Top coaching note from each scorecard. Open any session to revisit its full scorecard, coaching notes, and transcript.
Watch the trend per dimension, not just the overall number. If your average is climbing but objection handling stays flat, that’s your next practice focus.

Team analytics and the leaderboard

Admins and team managers open the Team Analytics tab to see the Leaderboard — reps ranked by average score: Click View on any row to drill into that rep: their summary metrics, score trend, session history, and each individual scorecard with its coaching notes and transcript — the same detail the rep sees on their own My progress tab.

Filtering the data

Both views share the same filters:
Only completed, scored sessions count toward metrics and rankings — abandoned calls and sessions that failed scoring are excluded. Analytics are viewed on-screen; there is no data export from this view.
